Fed up of having that same old bread with your awesome gravies? well, here's a simple dish that'll help you enjoy those gravies just the way you like it!!! INGREDIENTS 1) Wheat flour 2) Semolina (rava/rawa) 3) Water 4) Salt 5) Curd (optional) 6) Cooking oil PROCEDURE 1) Mix Wheat flour and semolina in a bowl in a ratio of 4:3 ie. in four parts of wheat flour add 3 parts of semolina/rawa. 2) Add a pinch of salt and water and knead the dough until its ply able. make sure you don't add too much of water as it will make the dough sticky and difficult to work with.
