We all know how grueling the summer heat can get! So here's a Super Quick recipe that will instantly refresh and rejuvenate you!
Cucumber Raita is a really simple dish and can be served alongside Biryani, Pulav or it can also be eaten directly too!
INGREDIENTS:
1) Cucumber
2) Fresh Curd
3) Mint leaves
4) Sugar or powdered jaggery
Prep Time- 5 min
PROCEDURE:
1) Wash the Cucumber well. Finely Grate it and keep aside.

2) Add sugar or powdered jaggery to the curd (Dahi) so as to make it sweet (this step is optional, if you do not want your raita to be sweet and prefer it sour then do not add sugar)
3) Mix the Grated Cucumber into the Curd (Dahi).

4) Keep it in the Refrigerator for some time.
5) Finally, Garnish with some mint Leaves.
And there you have it! Simple, Easy Cucumber Raita to Refresh you Instantly!!!
