How to make Simple Poori's

INGREDIENTS 1) Wheat flour 2) Semolina (rava/rawa) 3) Water 4) Salt 5) Curd (optional) 6) Cooking oil PROCEDURE 1) Mix Wheat flour and semolina in a bowl in a ratio of 4:3 ie. in four parts of wheat flour add 3 parts of semolina/rawa. 2) Add a pinch of salt and water and knead the dough until its ply able. make sure you don't add too much of water as it will make the dough sticky and difficult to work with. INGREDIENTS 1) Capsicum 2) Besan 1/2 cup 3) Baking powder  4) Salt 5) Cooking oil PROCEDURE 1) Dice the Capsicum into bite sized pieces. Add some salt and keep them aside. 2) In a bowl add Besan, a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking powder and a little water and mix it well until you get rid of all the lumps and get a silky batter like consistency. 3) Pour a generous amount of cooking oil in deep fryer and heat it. 4) Put the diced capsicum into the Batter and mix. With the help of a spoon put the capsicum pieces into the hot oil so as to deep fry them. Fed up of having the same old Breakfast everyday!? Wells here's a famous south Indian dish with a little bit of my touch. I am sure you will enjoy eating it with your friends and family on the perfect Sunday Morning.  INGREDIENTS: 1) Broken or Whole rice (white)(3 cups) 2) Urad Dal (1/2 cup) 3) Chana Dal (1/4 cup) 4) Methi seeds (1 tsp) 5) Tomatoes 6) Onions 7) Coriander 8) Salt  PROCEDURE: (Pre-Preparation) 1) In the Morning, Add Broken rice, Urad dal, Chana Dal, and Methi Seeds into a Bowl and add water until the level of water is just above all the ingredients. Soak it Till the Night. 2) In the Night, drain all the water and add the Contents in the Mixer and Grind adding a little water until you get a smooth white batter. INGREDIENTS: 1) Cucumber 2) Fresh Curd 3) Mint leaves 4) Sugar or powdered jaggery Prep Time- 5 min PROCEDURE: 1) Wash the Cucumber well. Finely Grate it and keep aside. 2) Add sugar or powdered jaggery to the curd (Dahi) so as to make it sweet (this step is optional, if you do not want your raita to be sweet and prefer it sour then do not add sugar) 3) Mix the Grated Cucumber into the Curd (Dahi). 4) Keep it in the Refrigerator for some time. 5) Finally, Garnish with some mint Leaves.
